Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was very clean and conveniently situated for my business trip to Shimonoseki, being close to the harbor and aquarium. Although the decor felt a bit outdated, I appreciated the large balcony that made my stay enjoyable. However, the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms was a hassle, and the amenities could use a refresh.
My stay was enjoyable overall, thanks to the hotel’s prime location near the harbor, fish market, and aquarium. While the rooms had a nostalgic charm, they were a bit outdated and lacked some modern amenities like Wi-Fi. The clean facilities and helpful staff added to the experience, and I appreciated the value for money. However, the limited tech amenities and dated decor hold it back from being perfect.
The hotel is very clean and perfectly located near the harbor, making it convenient for my business trip. However, the amenities feel quite outdated, reminiscent of the 1970s, which was a bit of a downside. The room’s large balcony was a nice touch, making it easy to relax with a glass of wine despite the dated decor. Overall, it was a decent place for the price, but certain features like Wi-Fi could use some modernization.
This hotel has a fantastic location right next to the harbor boardwalk and close to the fish market and aquarium, which I found really convenient. The room decor feels a bit like a throwback to the 1970s, but having a spacious balcony made up for that minor drawback. I appreciated the cleanliness of the place and the accommodating staff. However, the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bit disappointing, and it took some patience to boil water with the small induction plate provided.
The hotel boasts a fantastic location near the harbor boardwalk, fish market, and aquarium, making it easy to explore Shimonoseki. While the rooms are a bit dated, the spacious balconies make up for it, allowing us to enjoy our evenings with a glass of wine. The lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms was a slight inconvenience, but overall, the stay was enjoyable and reasonably priced.
